Over 60 years of passion and a commitment to quality has created a world renowned ski area at Coronet Peak. A multi-million dollar investment last year has transformed this much loved mountain, resulting in its elevation to true world-class status. The stunning new base building provides fantastic facilities and hosts magnificent views. A sense of arrival is embraced via a new entrance level which makes getting to the slopes easier and quicker than ever with a logical progression through the on-mountain services. Upstairs, the cafe, restaurant and bar areas open to a massive sheltered deck. A brand new, state of the art, fully automated snowmaking system helps Mother Nature in the providision of consistently good skiing and riding from early June till the end of September.

Coronet Peak is renowned for its roller coaster terrain across a series of interconnected bowls offering exhilarating skiing and riding for all levels. The dedicated learner and novice area provides a confidence building environment with two surface conveyor lifts, beginner handle tow, double chairlift and has its own snowmaking system.
The day starts here early with First Tracks from 8am and on weekends finishes late with Night Skiing on Fridays and Saturdays until 9pm. Over at Rocky Gully a dedicated race training area hosts world class athletes whilst Heidi's Hut provides Euro styles and tastes with gourmet pizza, pasta and full bar.
Just 20 minutes drive from central Queenstown, Coronet Peak is a popular choice for families with the Skiwi Kids and Kiwi Kids programmes in the fully licensed Skiwiland Early Learning Centre, now accommodating children from 3 months to 5 years. From Skiwiland children graduate to a variety of programmes suited to all ages and stages up to 17 years.
A social and fun venue with regular live music and a range of world class events, Coronet Peak is home to FIS ski racing and the annual American Express Queenstown Winter Festival and in 2009 hosted the inaugural New Zealand Pacific Winter Games.

Without a doubt the best ski field in NZ. With over 200 snow guns, a amazing base building, night skiing and a first class on-mountain service section, which makes the job of buying tickets, hiring gear or buy some new gloves from the retail shop a breeze.
Concrete Peak is ideal for all ages with a compehensive kids section comprising of (Skiwi Kids, Kiwi Kids programs) and a licenced Skiwiland centre.
